You can find anything you want on the internet about building confidence. Articles, videos, books, podcasts…hell, you can even hire a coach.

Much of the content seeks to teach you how to dress, walk, or talk in order to appear more confident.

What to really look for, though, is building a deeper understanding of the inner work that cultivates true self worth, which will help you think and feel more confidently.

It’s not just about what projects the image of confidence, but what creates a strong and solid foundation of it within your heart, mind, body, and soul.

A fundamental identity shift that results in an entirely new way of thinking.

In this article I want to discuss what those thoughts and feelings actually are, and what you can expect to experience internally when you’ve built a true sense of confidence within, because at the end of the day, that’s the only kind that really matters.

1: Learning is more important than being right.

Truly confident people aren’t afraid to be wrong, because their identity and self-worth isn’t tied to being right all the time.
