7 Signs You’re Not Ready For Love (Yet)

Maybe you just need some “me” time.

One of the things I love about being a professional coach is the wide variety of people I have the honor of coaching all over the world.

CEOs, athletes, high-performing executives, entrepreneurs…you name it. Yet, I noticed a trend over the years that they all shared in common.

They’d come to me for clarity around their love life, but eventually have the realization that they’re not even ready to find love (yet).

They needed to, sometimes for the first time in their lives, work on themselves, first.

I always give major kudos to anyone who’s willing to look within and know that they need to cultivate self love first, but it’s a hard thing to recognize sometimes.
