If You’re Looking For A Sign, This Is It
Now is a time to expand, not to contract.
What is it that you’re waiting for, exactly?
I know, I know. You’re waiting for that next paycheck. You’re waiting for the weather to get nicer. You’re waiting for the clock to strike 5:00, or for the light to turn green.
You’re waiting for someone else to make the first move so you don’t have to. You’re waiting for someone to give you permission. You’re waiting for someone else to raise their hand and ask the question, because you don’t want to look stupid.
You’re waiting for a sign.
Well, guess what? This is it.
Not exactly the form you thought it’d come in, is it? That’s the funny thing about signs, they come in all shapes, sizes, and mediums. This one is yours.
This is your sign to get off of your ass and stop living your life in quiet desperation. To stop looking at the clock and start looking at the calendar. How much time has passed since you made that last promise to yourself? Or, to someone else? How many ‘tomorrows’ have passed since you took that vacation, or joined that gym?
How many next paychecks have you gotten, only to push off your next experience to — you guessed it — the NEXT paycheck?
