Whether we realize it or not, our surroundings are constantly shaping our view of where we fit into the world. They’re influencing our view of self-worth, the realities of love, and what we should (or at least, will…) accept for ourselves in this life.

The bad news is: Negative inputs far outweigh positive ones.

The good news is: You can choose which inputs you accept and are influenced by.

The only person who has the power to decide your value, is you. That’s why it’s called self worth, because it’s not up to anyone else.

Here are some things you absolutely deserve in your relationship.

1: You deserve someone who is consistent.

Do you have a history of making excuses for people’s bad behavior?

If so, you’re not alone. You share this tendency in common with others who are unclear on what they deserve in a relationship.

You deserve someone who isn’t going to make you wonder whether or not they’re serious about you. Someone who shows up for you and your relationship with the same energy and enthusiasm every day because that’s what’s required to make something…
