We’re all friends here, right? We can be honest with each other…and ourselves. Consider this a judgment-free zone where we can open up about all of the things we want to change, and the realities about how to actually do it.

The truth is — it’s simple.

No…not easy, but simple. There is a difference.

Each day, we are flooded with thoughts that bounce in and out of our minds. Life is busy, work is crazy, employees and shareholders and coworkers are always filling our email inbox and text messages. The spouse, the kids, the friends, the…everything.

It’s natural, then, that some of the things we know we “should” be doing can sometimes fall by the wayside.

What if, though, you took one single week and did all of the things that deep down, you know you should (or shouldn’t) be doing differently?

I’ll give some examples below, and then you can add yours in the comments. Think of it as a public declaration of “this is what I’m going to work on.”
