You don’t “fall” in love, you build it.
Love is not just something you “fall into,” it’s something that you build every day alongside the person whom you’ve chosen, and who’s chosen you in return.
I believe that this is one of our most overlooked privileges — to be chosen by someone who wants to be with us above all others.
So, how do we, as men, honor this privilege by showing her she’s made the right decision?

Seeing her. Understanding her. Appreciating her. Valuing her.
Accepting her.
Everyone we meet comes to us with their own unique story and set of life experiences. A varied past brings with it heartbreak, past traumas, negative experiences of being unappreciated and undervalued — being wanted solely for her appearance or always being compared to others.
Every one of these experiences molds our identity and shifts our worldview.
Instead of making assumptions or trying to sell yourself to her, be inquisitive, curious, and non-judgmental.
