How do you define “success”? For some, it’s an income amount, or a house, or a car. For others, it’s comfort or contentment. Or love, or happiness…

No matter what your personal definition is, there are areas of life where you’re probably not giving yourself proper credit for just how well you’re doing.

We all have our private struggles and challenges which can make us feel “less than,” but I’m here to help you quiet those voices in your mind and recognize your own accomplishments.

8 Signs You’re More Successful Than You Think:

1: You care for your body and mind.

One of the clearest signs of how you feel about yourself is how you treat yourself.

I don’t mean buying that latest pair of shoes or new watch, I mean how you treat yourself as a human being.

The world is full of mental and physical junk food, literally. We get caught in endless cycles of YouTube videos and delivery apps make cooking seem so much less appealing when we can have a pizza delivered in 17 minutes for a $2.99 fee.

When you truly value yourself, though, you recognize the harm that these indulgences can do. You feel foggier and sluggish, both mentally and physically. You’re not at the top of your game, your creativity is suffering, and you have less energy.

When you really value yourself, you appreciate the vessel carrying you through life. If you purchased a high-end sports car, you wouldn’t put low-grade gas or oil into it. In order to perform at its proper levels, it requires the right fuel in order to power it.

Your body and mind work the same way — the quality of the output is directly influenced by the quality of the input, and it serves as the foundation for everything else that you do.

2: You’re making the most of your time.

One of my favorite talks ever given is “Death and The Present Moment” by Sam Harris, whom I once had the honor to…
