We all have a tendency to be critical of ourselves at times, this is part of the human experience, and even the most confident people must push through it now and then. There is, however, a line that is sometimes crossed when some of us become overly critical of ourselves, or levy unfair treatment or judgments on the person in the mirror.
In this article, we’ll discuss some behaviors and tendencies that signal a need to give yourself a little more slack, credit, or compassion.
